SHAHBAZKER’S DIAGNOSTIC CENTER PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website https://shahbazker.com and provides diagnostic, laboratory, and healthcare-related services. By accessing our website, booking tests, or availing services, you (“you”, “patient”, “user”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

SHAHBAZKER’S DIAGNOSTIC CENTER  provides a wide range of diagnostic and healthcare services, including:

  1. Pathology Tests: Blood tests, urine tests, hormonal profiles, microbiology tests, and specialized biochemical tests.

  2. Imaging Services: X-ray, ECG, Color Doppler, Echocardiography, OPG, Ultrasound, and other radiological procedures.

  3. Home Healthcare Services: Blood sample collection, ECG, X-ray, Physiotherapy, Pulmonary Function Test, and other on-demand services at patient homes.

  4. Health Packages: Executive Blood Profile, Lipid Profile, Diabetes Profile, Cardiac Risk Profile, Thyroid Profile, and other preventive health packages.

Note: The availability of certain tests or services may vary depending on operational feasibility and location.

  1. Appointment Booking
  • Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in-person at our Colaba center.

  • Operating hours: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

  • Patients must provide accurate personal, contact, and medical information during booking. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay services or affect test results.

  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS. Please check your contact details carefully.

 

3. Payments

  • Payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other digital payment methods accepted at the center.

  • Service charges are based on the prevailing rates at the time of service. We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice.

  • Refunds or cancellations are subject to our internal policies. For home services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to service.

 

4. Test Results

  • Test results are typically available within 8 hours for routine tests. Specialized tests may take longer.

  • Results are delivered digitally (via email or website portal) or in printed form at the center.

  • Test results are for informational purposes only and must be interpreted by a qualified medical professional.

  • We are not responsible for any medical decisions or consequences based on test results without proper consultation with a healthcare provider.

 

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and other applicable Indian laws.

  • Personal data (name, age, contact details, medical records) is collected solely for providing diagnostic services.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent except when required by law.

  • Patients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

 

6. Health & Safety

  • Patients should disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing medications before availing services.

  • We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols in sample collection, testing, and report delivery.

  • In case of adverse events during home collection or tests, patients should immediately contact our emergency helpline.

 

7. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

  1. Follow any pre-test instructions provided by our staff.

  2. Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

  3. Treat our staff and property with respect.

  4. Use the website, services, and portal lawfully and not engage in fraudulent activities.

Failure to comply may result in service refusal or termination of access.

 

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • While we aim for accuracy and timely service, SHAHBAZKER’S DIAGNOSTIC CENTER  does not guarantee results or specific health outcomes.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or reliance on test results.

  • Patients must consult qualified medical professionals for diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.

  • In no event will our liability exceed the total amount paid by the patient for the service.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SHAHBAZKER’S DIAGNOSTIC CENTER PRIVATE LIMITED.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
